Reading With the Big Kids Mondays-3:00 PM-5:00 PM

Teen (or nearly teen) volunteers will read to young children on Monday afternoons. Children can choose books from the collection or bring his or her favorites to share.

This program starts in October and ends at the end of April. It does not happen when there is no school.

Young Writers Group Every other Saturday Starting September 10-12:30 PM-1:30 PM

This group enables young people aged 9 to 13 to share their writing, listen to the work of others and to be a part of a group of passionate young writers.  The group is very informal and is intended to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere for creative expression outside of school.  Writers can bring lunch or snacks to eat during the meeting.
